Penny Modern provides:

  • Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, guides, templates, and educational materials)

  • Interior design consultation services

  • Design-related educational content

All products and services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian

You also agree to provide accurate, complete information when making a purchase or booking a service.

3. Digital Products & License

When you purchase a digital product from Penny Modern, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or reproduce the product

  • Upload the product to any sharing platform

  • Use the product for commercial resale without written permission

All digital products remain the intellectual property of PMP Solutions LLC.

4. Consultation Services

Interior design consultations are:

  • Educational and advisory in nature

  • Not a substitute for licensed architectural, engineering, or contractor services

You understand and agree that:

  • Final decisions and outcomes are your responsibility

  • Penny Modern does not guarantee specific design, financial, or resale outcomes

Consultation scheduling, rescheduling, and fees are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • Payment information must be accurate and authorized

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or duties

  • Digital products may be delivered immediately upon purchase

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Certain Penny Modern digital products are eligible for a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a refund within 10 days of purchase for eligible products by contacting info@pennymodern.com.

However, the following products and services are not eligible for refunds:

Design Packs ($97 products)

Due to the extensive design resources included in these products, Design Packs priced at $97 are non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Consultation Services

Interior design consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation session has occurred.

Additional terms and conditions regarding refunds are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and branding—is owned by or licensed to PMP Solutions LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our content for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Harass, abuse, or harm our team or other users

11. EU & International Users

If you are located outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

EU consumers acknowledge that:

  • Digital content and services may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins

  • By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate access to digital content

Our website may include links to third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Use them at your own discretion.
