This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Penny Modern website and Penny Modern Shopify store, operated by PMP Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing any product or service from Penny Modern, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Money-Back Guarantee for Digital Products

Most Penny Modern digital products include a money-back guarantee. Exclusions indicated below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 10 days of purchase.

To request a refund, simply email info@pennymodern.com with your order details.

If the refund request relates to a product quality issue, we kindly ask that you briefly explain the reason for your refund request so we can improve our products in the future. Any feedback is appreciated but not required for your refund to be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Products Not Eligible for Refunds

The following products are not eligible for refunds:

Design Packs 

Due to the extensive design resources and intellectual property included in these products, Design Packs  are non-refundable once access has been delivered.

By purchasing a Design Pack, you acknowledge and agree that the product is final sale.


Interior Design Consultation Services

All design consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.

Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Missed appointments or “no-shows” are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.


Duplicate Charges or Technical Issues

Refunds may also be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical errors that prevent access to a purchased product and cannot be resolved


EU & UK Consumer Rights (Digital Content)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, consumer laws may grant a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain purchases.

However, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately.

By purchasing digital products from Penny Modern, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • The email used for purchase

  • The product purchased

  • If product quality issue, please tell us what was wrong with the product (optional but greatly appreciated).

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase for eligible products.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
